Portrait of Christina Biggart in patriotic costume costume with the Union Jack flag visible on the front of the skirt. The photograph was sent to her brother 1931 Private (Pte) William "Bill" Brown Biggart, 37th Battalion, 2nd Reinforcements. A cabinet maker prior to enlistment Pte Biggart embarked aboard RMS Orontes from Melbourne, Vic on 16 August 1916. He returned home to Australia on 27 September 1917.
