Description
Collection relating to the Second World War service of 404018 Sergeant Dennis Louis James Lawrence, 69 Squadron, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) consisting of his original RAAF Flying Log Book completed between June 1940 and August 1941. A quarter of the logbook was removed prior to it being donated to the Australian War Memorial. Sergeant Lawrence lost his life in a flying battle over the Middle East on 13 August 1941.
