Sweetheart brooch : Royal Australian Naval Bridging Train
Description
Voided and engraved 9ct rose gold sweetheart brooch. In the centre is a tilted fouled anchor and the initals 'RANBT' surrounded by a wreath. Below is a scroll with the initials 'A.I.E.F'. Engraved on the reverse of the wreath is 'From WILL To Edith'. Stamped on the reverse of the scroll is the maker's mark 'ALBERT' and '9ct'. The brooch has a pin fastening though the pin is no longer present.
