Left to right: 405290 Flight Lieutenant (Flt Lt) Bernard 'Bernie' William Battis; 411503 Flight Sergeant (Flt Sgt) Kenneth Tudor Rodwell Lucas, a dairy worker from Nyngan, NSW, killed on operations over the Mediterranean on 10 July 1943; 411788 Flt Sgt Albert Jowers, a bank officer from Parramatta, NSW, also killed on operations over the Mediterranean, on 23 February 1943; 27913 Sergeant (Sgt) Peter Duncan; Unknown; 411530 Sgt Ronald Henry Sankey. Sgt Sankey, from Brunswick, Vic, was killed in a flying accident over England on 3 December 1942.
