Convoy commander Captain Reece Ashton aboard Bushmaster 203396 returning from a "Log Run" (logistics run) from Patrol Base (PB) Wali to Kamp Holland through the Dasht (desert plain). One of a series of photographic studies taken by the Australian War Memorial's Official Artist Shaun Gladwell, who travelled to Afghanistan with the Australian Defence Force in October 2009.
