DPDU air commodore rank slide : Royal Australian Air Force
Description
DPDU rank slide for a Royal Australian Air Force air commodore. The slide has 'AUSTRALIA' embroidered in black cotton across the bottom above which has been embroidered a 30 mm wide, horizontally running black line. The slide is made from one piece of DPDU fabric and is stiffened by a piece of heat applied fabric on the inside. The edges have been hemmed and the two sides sewn together at the back of the slide.
