Description
Rectangular, machine-sewn heavy duty khaki canvas equipment cover made to slide over a piece of equipment and thus having no base. The front of the cover is painted with a decorative yellow shield with red and green side panels and pinstripe borders. The shield is labelled 'Planned / & Assembled / In New Guinea / By / Aust. Army / Amenities / Service' and has a professional sign painted finish; the words 'Aust. Army Amenities' are finished with a white drop-shadow effect. Below this label, in very small script, are the words 'S.P. 113th W'Shop'. There are a number of small holes in the canvas.
