Four RAAF trainees in their bunks in Hut 10, No 3 Service Flying Training School. Identified (clock-wise from top left bunk) are: John Hume; Ken W Dougall; 411817 Flying Officer (FO) Keith Walter Paul, later 157 Squadron, RAF and 411763 Pilot Officer Vincent Bernard Joseph Finn, 455 Squadron, RAAF. A clerk from Sydney, NSW, FO Paul enlisted on 25 May 1941 and along with the three men in this image, trained under the Empire Air Training Scheme. He was killed while on operations off the United Kingdom on 20 January 1943, aged 26. PO Finn was killed while on operations over Norway on 15 August 1943.
