Dinner menu with signatures dated 5 August 1941. Pictures of Australian city landmarks on the front. Associated with Cpl Alex Johnstone. Inside the front cover it reads 'McIlwraith, McEacharn Limited Commander O.K. Snowball and Officers of the T.S.S. Katoomba say 'au revoir' to Major John S. Workman, Pilot Officer T.W. Livesey, Officers, N.C.O's and Men of the 2/15th Field Regiment 8th Division and Royal Australian Air Force'.
