Description
Banner-shaped, celluloid coated paper badge, hung from a brass pin mounting. The front face features the words 'LEST WE FORGET' surmounting a map of Australia over a King's crown and a wreath, overlaid by scrolls bearing the words 'AUSTRALIA'S HEROES GALLIPOLI', followed by the caption 'April 25th 1915'. The design is in full colour. The reverse is marked with the maker's details: 'WALTER DILLON SOUTHWARK SOUTH AUSTRALIA' .
