Diary relating to the First World War service of 364 Second Lieutenant William Cameron, 9th Light Horse Regiment. The diary was written at Gallipoli between 16 May and 30 August 1915. In the diary, William Cameron describes his experiences of fighting in the trenches at Gallipoli and despairs at the senseless loss of life during the attacks of 17 August.
