The helicopter features but no room for Australian soldiers
Description

George Gittoes was in Cambodia from 18 May to 3 July 1993. This work has most likely been created in situ by Gittoes while travelling around. He only carried with him a camera, paper and a box of forty or so sharpened pencils. He later worked on the drawings in his studio where he developed them into paintings or finished particular details.
