Description
The Soviet President dressed as Little Bow Peep is depicted flying the communist hammer and sickle at the 'communist sheep' titled Yugoslavia.
The Russian leader looks to draw in its fellow communists as the sheep representing 'Yugoslavia' looks particularly puzzled and alarmed at his approach.
Yugoslavia was at this time under a communist government and it was around this time renamed the 'Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia'.
