Description
Souvenir from HMAS 'Warramunga' from Toyko Bay, September 2nd 1945 with reproduced signatures of Admiral Sir Bruce Fraser, Commander-in-Chief of the British Pacific Fleet, Commodore Collins, Commodore Commanding Australian Squadron, Commander Clark, Commanding Officer and the ship's company. Appears to be a reproduction of a drawing by Able Seaman Stuart Delaney P.M. 5675 on board H.M.A.S. 'Warramunga' whilst anchored in Tokyo Bay, Japan 2 September 1945 [refer to object RC03356]. Covered in contact adhesive. The souvenir belonged to NX136735 Sapper Eric Ashley Decent.
