Description

At Sea, Turkey. 25 April 1915. The destroyer Scourge towing strings of boats, alongside and astern, to the landing beach at Anzac Cove, Gallipoli Peninsula. When about 200 yards from shore, the troops were transferred to the boats and were rowed ashore.
