75 mm Type 94 Pack Howitzer (Japan)
Description
This model was introduced in 1934 as an improvement of the 75mm type 41 mountain gun. It was a modern design by WWII standards having a horizontal sliding breech block, split trails and hydropneumatic recoil mechanism. It can be broken down into eleven pack loads for mountain travel. This gun is identical to RELAWM36884. NO SHIELD OR SIGHT. Sight bracket attached, sight type unknown. Barrel number 537. Breech number 1043. Firing pin missing. Breech operational. Japanese factory cyphers and date (Showa 13).
