38th parallel
Description
A hand wearing the American Flag on its sleeve extends towards a dividing line which is labelled '38th Parallel' which lies between the North and South Korean border. An Australian soldier is being threatened by the hand to cross the 38th Parallel and is being held back by a cartoon figure of Mussolini who smokes a pipe and wears a moustache, a blue trench coat and boots.
