Sailor
Description
A sailor from the First World War in unifrom about to blow his Bosun's pipe (or whistle). A Bosun's Mate Blue Rig Class II uniform consists of serge bell bottom trousers with seven horizontal creases, serge jumper, white vest, under collar, full collar (blue with three white stripes around it), black silk collar, lanyard, black boots, cap with bow of tally band over left ear, centre letter of cap ribbon in line with nose.
