Rear Gunner, Halifax bomber
Description
External view of a gunner in the rear turret of a Halifax bomber. This is a Boulton Paul Type E turret with four 0.303 inch machine guns. Dennis Adams portrayed Royal Australian and United States navies and the Merchant Marine in the SW Pacific area. In 1943 he worked in the Middle East and Europe, especially with the RAAF in Britain.
