Description
Depicts several Australian soldiers leaving an Iroquois UH-1H helicopter flown by members of 9 Squadron RAAF in Vietnam. The soldiers are carrying F1 sub machine guns while the door gunner is holding a GP M60 machine gun. McFadyen served as an official war artist in Vietnam from July 1967 to May 1968. He was Hon. Lieut. RCMF (RAAEC), S. Comd, army no. 350590.
