Description
A scene of an AIF pay office. Officer seen reading a book and smoking a pipe. A group of soldiers are seen peering through door way waiting to be paid. Soldiers speech above heads; "Would he bite if we asked him to pay us a franc out of wot 'e owes us, Bill?"
