Wreckage at naval station, Eleusis
Description
Eleusis was one of the concentration areas for the embarkation of British forces withdrawing from Greece in April, 1941. No actual embarkation took place here. The wrecks seen are German vessels bombed by Allied aircraft during the German occupation of Greece.
