[Gallipoli figures in battle]
Description
Naked Gallipoli figures in seascape; hills in background. The artist stated (interview 13 April 1978) that these figures partly represented classical figures wrestling giants, e.g. Hercules and Antaeus, or Homeric heroes in battle.
