Description
A view of the Royal Australian Navy destroyer HMAS Warramunga (I) from the aircraft carrier USS Bataan. A crewman is being transferred between ships in a Bosun's chair, while a Dragonfly helicopter flies overhead. The Australian ship had joined the destroyer screen for the American aircraft carrier on 11th July 1952.
