Jungle Easter service, Yaula, N.G
Description
Easter service - After consolidating Yaula Hills after heavy fighting, 57/60th Battalion move on to Bogadjim. An unidentified Padre moved from Shaggy Ridge to forward positions giving services to patrol on the track. Early Easter service, one hour later the patrol was back in action against the enemy. The Salvation Army personnel kept up to the forward troops throughout this action of pushing the Japanese back from Shaggy Ridge to Bogadjim.
