Description
Study for a 6-inch coastal gun in its position near Koepang, Timor. It, with others, had been captured by the Japanese at the fall of Singapore and removed by them to its present position. It is thought that these guns, before being installed at Singapore, were part of the Sydney's defences and were in position at Sydney Heads.
