Workshop decor (Flight Sergeant B. Love)
Description
Flight Sergeant Bruce Robertson Love (service no. 3537) of the Royal Australian Air Force, Coastal Command, No 10 Squadron is pictured here in his blue overalls standing in front of posters and photographs that were presumably pinned up in the workshop. Flight Sergeant Bruce Love worked as a Fitter on the Sunderland aircraft. He was friends with another of Colahan's subjects Oswald Edward Ferguson (Ossie) who was a Fitter 2A. Flight Sergeant Bruce returned from service with the 10 Squadron in November 1943 where he undertook a tour around Australia with a Sunderland aircraft
