"The Reign of Justice"
Description
Depicts "Justice" not as a figure of stern aspect, but as a gracious woman attractively garbed, with obviously nothing up her dainty open sleeves, lifting the scales to the equal vision of all races, prominent among them England as an upright scarlet-robed judge, while at her feet , happy and unconcerned, play two infants personifying the Future. This image is from the set of 66 lithographs, 'The Great War: Britain's efforts and ideals'.
