Description

Depicts groups of women mourning and rejoicing at St Martin's in the Field, Trafalgar Square, London on Armistice Day, 11 November 1918. The streets beyond are filled with brightly flags, including the Union Jack, and birds are pictured through the church's pillars. Perhaps, they're doves representing the peace being celebrated.
