Description
1. (1 min 11 sec) A captured German film shows Mussolini meeting Hitler after being rescued from imprisonment on the Gran Sasso in Abruzzi by a German parachute unit led by Otto Skorzeny. Also shows Mussolini with his rescuers and flying out of Gran Sasso in a Luftwaffe Fiesler Storch. 2. (2 min 42 sec) US Marines storm Tarawa in the Gilbert Islands. Commentator states that two United States Signal Corps cameramen lost their lives taking these pictures. 3. (1 min 42 sec) Aborigines add to the display at a rodeo in Brisbane in which Americans and Australians participate.
