An instructional cinema trailer on how the householder is to observe Blackouts. Shows simple methods and devices to ensure that no light will be emitted from a house. Provision of fresh air by the use of home made light traps for ventillators. Also shows procedures for the blackout motorcar and bicycle lights. Safe movement outdoors during a blackout by the use of bold white lines on steps, white directional arrows and wearing light coloured clothing.
