Fall of Buna Mission
Description
Allied troops in occupation of Buna after its capture. Generals Blamey and Eichelberger inspect captured Japanese equipment. Australians attack Japanese sniper in pill box. Shots of Korean prisoners. Major W H Hall 2/5 Field Regiment climbs up and observes from a seventy foot Banyan tree. A church parade in the shade of trees. Troops among wrecked buildings. Australian and US troops stand guard.
