Description
Parade of mainly Soviet designed armoured vehicles of the Army of the Polish Peoples Republic held at Warsaw probably in the 1970s. Vehicles shown in order are: OT-65 amphibious scout car; ASU-85 airportable self-propelled Anti-Tank Gun, PT-76 Light amphibious Tank, T-55 Main Battle Tank, Polish designed OT-64 (SKOT) Armoured Personnel Carrier, BTR-40P Sagger ATGW amphibious scout car; SA-2 (NATO code name Guideline) guided missile and transporter. The SA-2 commonly referred to as a SAM (Surface to Air Missile) was extensively used by the North Vietnamese during the Vietnam war. ZSU-23-4 self propelled 23mm anti-aircraft gun.
