Port Moresby, New Guinea. 1942-04-12. Four officers from Lark Force of the Rabaul Garrison, receiving a tobacco issue on their arrival at Port Moresby aboard the HMAS Laurabada which successfully evacuated 156 survivors of the attack on Rabaul on 1942-01-23 from Palmalmal on the south coast of New Britain.
