Description
Some of the seven soldiers from 8 Platoon, C Company, 5th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (5RAR), injured by shrapnel from a booby trap grenade during operation Canberra, south west of Nui Dat. They are being treated prior to evacuation by helicopter (dustoff). (This photograph is believed to have been taken by Sergeant (Sgt) Darrell Ford however Captain Winston Coates also took photographs of this incident; see COA/66/0876-079/VN.
