HMT Rangatira (A22) at Pinkenba Wharf embarking members of the 2nd Australian Light Horse Regiment and 7th Battery, Australian Field Artillery (AFA). Troops of the 7th Battery AFA lined up on the wharf waiting their turn to embark on the troopship. The Rangatira was part of the convoy carrying the first contingent to Egypt.
