Collection relating to the service of Navy Chaplain David Luck during HMAS Melbourne's Operation Slipper deployment in 2012.

Wallet 1 of 3 contains a copies of liturgies presented on board HMAS Melbourne's Operation Slipper deployment in 2012, as well as copies of memorial services held for Sergeant Blaine Diddams, Corporal Douglas Hughes, Lance-Corporal Pralli Durrer and Lance Corporal Rory Malone. This wallet also contains copies of support lessons provided by Chaplain Luck before and during the deployment to assist Navy personnel with the emotional and psychological impacts of deployment, as well as presentations on handling Islamic religious texts and suicide awareness and prevention.

Wallet 2 of 3 contains two unofficial publications compiled by Chaplain Luck, 'Faith Weekly' and 'A Letter Home', which address religious faith as well as chronicling the non-operational events on board the ship through photographs and humorous articles.

Wallet 3 of 3 contains a copy of a cruise book ('HMAS Melbourne Operation Slipper Rotation 28') organised by Chaplain Luck documents the key highlights of the deployment from a social and personal point of view.
