Simmons, George (Private, b.1886 - d.1917)
Description
Papers relating to 2661 Private George Simmons, 35th Battalion (Infantry), including letters and silk postcards written to his wife from France. Private Simmons was reported missing, and confirmed killed in action in Belgium on 12 October 1917.
