Description

The remaining section of an ammuniton barge that exploded in Danang Harbour. Despite the almost complete destruction of the vessel much unexploded ordnance remaind and sailors from CDT3 had the task of finding and removing as much as possible. One of a series of 35mm colour transparencies relating to the service of R64620 Able Seaman Clearance Diver (ABCD) Anthony Leonard Ey, RAN, taken by him during his service in Vietnam with Clearance Diving Team 3 (8th Contingent).
