This diary covers the period of Sergeant Moore’s service with B Corps Australian Signals in New Guinea. In his diary, Sergeant Moore writes about Japanese air raids, receiving mail from home, being on signalling duty, having dengue fever, seeing films, attending gramophone recitals and concerts, swimming at the beach, receiving a promotion, travelling to Australia for leave, and returning to New Guinea.
