Description
Collection relating to the First World War service of 302 Private Thomas Cross. Collection consists of one handwritten letter written in France by Pte Cross to neighbour Mrs Brown, dated 02/01/1917. The letter refers to Christmas in the trenches; cats in the trenches; Private Cross' brother 'Ben' (Benjamin Cross) and George Bishop (from Linville on the Brisbane River, QLD).
