Group portrait of officers of the 73rd Infantry Battalion (Victorian Rangers) at Burrumbeet Camp, Victoria. Identified, fourth from left, second row, is Major (Maj) Ernest Albert Harris. Maj Harris enlisted for service during the First World War in the 21st Battalion and was promoted to commanding officer of the 59th Battalion in 1916.
