A view of the buildings of No 3 Australian Auxiliary Hospital at Dartford. The hospital occupies the buildings originally used as the Orchard Convalescent Hospital. An inscription on a similar photograph states "The place with the top piece on its roof is the kitchen & a very up to date one it is too with its polished boilers & cookers."
