The original grave and grave marker of NX14388 Sergeant (Sgt) Henry Michael (Harry) Brady, 2/17 Battalion. Sgt Brady was killed in action on 14 April 1941. The album caption reads: "A fine soldier RIP. Sgt Harry Brady KIA Easter Sunday night 1941 - 2/17th Btn, late of Victoria Barracks Staff (prior to war)" and on the back of the photograph is "Harry's grave was not finished when this was taken but I believe it is now".
