Studio portrait of 236 Driver (Dvr) Percy George Whittall , 2nd Light Horse Regiment, of Mullumbimby, NSW. A surveyor's assistant prior to enlistment, Dvr Whittall embarked aboard HMAT Anglo-Egyptian (A25), from Brisbane on 24 September 1914. He was killed in action on 7 August 1915 in Gallipoli, aged 25.
