Front row: Lt Ralph Dillon Radford from Goodwood, South Australia; Captain (Capt) William Anderson Connell DCM from Winnalah, Tasmania (later died of wounds in Belgium on 28 December 1917); Capt Lawrence Edgar Burt from Kingswood, South Australia; Capt William Richard Jorgenson from Wayville, South Australila; and 2nd Lt George Hope Campbell Hart from Glasgow, Scotland (later promoted to Lt and died of wounds in France on 25 April 1918).
