Description

Green cotton webbing carrier with belt and shoulder straps. Belt carries four adjustable Energa grenade carriers, each with a 'Raise the Dot' fastener. A card label is attached describing the carrier and noting it is a copy of the UK pattern. The Energa was a rifle launched anti-tank grenade.

History / Summary

The Energa was an anti-tank grenade propelled by a ballistite-filled blank cartridge. The name Energa comes from the firm in Liechtenstein that designed it, the Anstalt für die ENtwicklung von ERfindungen und Gewerblichen Anwendungen.
