Outdoor group portrait of members of 104 Signal Squadron including Salter; Lieutenant Scott; Major David Jenkins; Millar; Sergeant Wallace and Parker. One of a series of 40 images taken by the Australian artist George Gittoes in Afghanistan in November 2008. As an independent artist Gittoes visited the Middle East Area of Operations with the support of the Australian Defence Force.
