Members of the ADF in a convoy of armoured vehicles passing by Afghan men in a rural area. The Bushmaster has a the serial number KY-90-48 and a sign in Arabic on the back. One of a series of 40 images taken by the Australian artist George Gittoes in Afghanistan in November 2008. As an independent artist Gittoes visited the Middle East Area of Operations with the support of the Australian Defence Force.
