Description
An Australian political poster protesting the exportation of Uranium. It features a quote by the then Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser and a man bound in chains. In 1977 the Fraser Government (1975-1983) had announced that the mining and export of uranium would be permitted under strict guidelines, including in the controversial Jabiru region on the western edge of Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory.
